Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025

These terms govern your use of SupInsure services. By accessing our website or purchasing a policy, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

SupInsure provides auto insurance services through our website and affiliated channels. When you use our services, you enter into a binding agreement with us. This agreement outlines both your rights as a customer and your responsibilities as a policyholder.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a state where we operate. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and quote process. Providing false information may result in policy cancellation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Insurance policies issued through SupInsure are subject to underwriting approval. A quote does not guarantee coverage. Final terms, conditions, and pricing may differ based on the information verified during underwriting.

Policy documents contain the complete terms of your coverage. In case of any conflict between these general terms and your specific policy documents, the policy documents will govern.

Premium payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your policy. Failure to make timely payments may result in policy cancellation. We offer multiple payment options to accommodate different preferences.

  • Monthly automatic payments via credit card or bank account
  • Quarterly payments with administrative fee
  • Annual payment in full with available discount
  • One-time payments through our online portal

Refunds for cancelled policies are calculated on a pro-rata basis minus any applicable fees. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

Claims must be reported promptly according to the guidelines in your policy. Failure to report claims in a timely manner may affect coverage. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation related to your claim.

We reserve the right to inspect damaged vehicles, request documentation, and take reasonable steps to verify claims. Fraudulent claims will result in policy cancellation and may be referred to law enforcement.

Either party may cancel a policy according to the terms specified in your policy documents. Cancellation notices must be provided in writing. Certain cancellations may be subject to fees or affect future insurability.

We may decline to renew a policy for reasons permitted under applicable state law. If we choose not to renew, you will receive advance notice as required by your state.

Our liability is limited to the coverage amounts specified in your policy. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages beyond policy limits. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold SupInsure harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association. Class action waivers apply where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your policy is issued. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
